Maverick is a very gentle soul who is between six and eight years of age. Maverick doesn't like puppies bouncing in his face but he'd love to play with you. He loves chasing a ball and is pretty good about fetching it back to you. He is somewhat soft in nature in that he'll defer to another dog that might want the ball.
Maverick likes nothing better than to curl up on the floor or on the couch next to his person. He can get jealous and chase off another dog that may be seeking the same attention. Nuzzle this sweet boy and he will come alive when you pay him affectionate attention. And...he does give kisses when he knows that's what you're hoping for.
Maverick's medical work-up included a dental, neuter, evaluation of his enlarged prostate, ultrasound of a suspected tumor which is benign, extraction of fluids from fatty tumor to be sure it was nothing to worry about also, repair and bandaging of a torn pad on his foot. Total cost for Maverick's medical care was $1200.00
