If you have a little time to share and some patience, Jazzy is a Sheltie yet to achieve her potential and needs you. A smart Sheltie-girl, about 6 years old, who is very smart but has not been given the opportunity to "be all she can be" so far in life. Jazzy would love to sleep on your bed and be your devoted companion.
Jazzy is not good with children. She will play with other dogs and currently lives with other dogs but...she can also try to coach other dogs (tell them what to do). This doesn't always go over well with the other dogs!
Jazzy is a bit overweight at 31lbs and we are working on getting the excess weight off of her. You'll have to help her continue to lose weight.
Jazzy will take herself outside to go potty if you have a doggy-door.
Jazzy very much wants to be the dog you want her to be but nobody has taken the time to do straightforward or gentle dog training with her. She shows signs of some not-so-gentle "training". If you have the time, the love, and the patience Jazzy is poised to be a wonderful, cuddly, loving companion Sheltie-girl.
